Chief Creative Officer
Scott Scaggs, Partner and Chief Creative Officer, has more than 26 years of experience leading creative development for top brands across the country. Driven by a philosophy that emphasizes simplicity and strategic creative thinking, he has worked for both consumer and business clients in virtually every industry, from travel and technology to financial services and nonprofit.
In addition to guiding the direction of the agency and playing a key role in pursuing new business efforts, Scott leads the entire creative team, managing all aspects of design, copywriting, and development. He believes in a hands-on approach, talking through concepts and following up with his team from a project’s inception to its completion.
Scott has been recognized for his outstanding creative work and direction by Communication Arts, the CLIOS, the One Club, the Emmys, Shoot Magazine, the national ADDYs, ShowSouth, and Print Design Annual.
He shares his expertise by serving as a National Student Advertising Competition judge and is often a guest lecturer at area universities. Scott has also contributed to the past two editions of Kleppner’s Advertising Procedure, an industry textbook used in 60 countries, and serves on the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Communications Committee.
