Associate Director of Strategy

As Associate Director of Strategy, Regan Smith turns consumer insights into consumer action. This self-motivated, results-oriented leader has more than a decade of experience in brand planning, market research, and consumer insights. She has worked with brands both large and small, including Toyota, Prius, GSK, BASF, UNC Health Care, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina, Subway, adidas, GEICO, Target, Live Nation, and Pepperidge Farm.

At Clean, Regan manages our strategy team with a focus on collaboration that encourages ideas to flourish. She takes a 360-degree approach to her work and allows for flexibility along the way. From conducting primary research to writing the creative brief, everything Regan does helps clients connect with consumers and drive cultural change.

Before relocating from Los Angeles to Raleigh, Regan was an active volunteer with non-profit organizations that were dedicated to the care and well-being of animals, as well as with backpack programs benefiting underserved elementary school students. Nowadays, she has her hands full outside of work, chasing after her toddler and two Italian greyhounds, though she still manages to enjoy a little surfing and snowboarding, too.
