(OCTOBER 25, 2017) – Clean, an award-winning integrated branding agency, today announced it was selected as the agency of record for the Charlottesville Albemarle Convention & Visitors Bureau (CACVB) after a competitive process. Clean will support greater Charlottesville, Virginia-area tourism marketing efforts through brand strategy, creative, media, and digital services, as well as public relations as required. The CACVB is the official destination marketing organization for Charlottesville and Albemarle County, Virginia.
Located two hours southwest of Washington, D.C., the Charlottesville area is home to Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello and the University of Virginia, both of which have been designated UNESCO World Heritage sites. Other historic attractions in the Charlottesville region include the former homes of Presidents James Monroe and James Madison. A thriving community with a unique culture and history, the destination boasts one of the longest pedestrian malls in the country, as well as a vibrant arts and live music scene.
