Clean Design, an award-winning branding + advertising agency, today announced the addition of 10 new employees. The new team members will work across a range of roles, including account management, social media, strategy, media, and public relations. 2016 has been a booming year for the agency, which is now at a record 54 employees and has signed 12 new clients since the beginning of the year.
“This has been a tremendous year of growth for our agency, and we are so excited to add 10 new talented individuals to the Clean Design team,” said Clean Design CEO Natalie Perkins. “These employees bring well-rounded skill sets and experience to our clients across a variety of industries.”
New hires include:
Mike Manganillo as associate director of media strategy. Mike has worked in the media industry for more than 16 years and helps lead the strategic creation and tactical activation of media plans for Clean Design’s clients. Mike was most recently at McKinney, where he worked with clients such as Nationwide, CenturyLink, and Sherwin-Williams.
Lera Germaine as account manager. A graduate of the UNC-Chapel Hill, Lera comes to Clean Design with extensive experience in the advertising industry and has managed consumer clients such as IKEA, McDonald’s, and Cotton Inc.
Amanda Marinelli as account manager. Amanda graduated from the University of Kentucky and has been providing account service for seven years. She has worked for many top brands including Travelocity, Sherwin-Williams, Bayer, Investigation Discovery Channel, and Gold’s Gym.
Alyson Stanley as public relations manager. A graduate of NC State University, Alyson comes to Clean Design with over five years of agency experience focusing on communications campaigns, special event planning, media relations, and social media for B2B clients.
Jenny Storey as social media coordinator. A graduate of the University of Mary Washington in Virgina, Jenny puts her passion for social media to work by building brands’ digital presence and connecting them with people across all social platforms. She worked at multiple agencies in Denver before moving to Raleigh to join the Clean Design team.
Diane Manoukian as account coordinator. Diane has a strong background in communication and brings to Clean Design vast experience ranging from managing clients and overseeing marketing campaigns to supporting editorial for magazines.
Ashley Casson as account coordinator. Ashley graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and previously worked at another Triangle agency where she worked on accounts such as Lenovo and Deloitte.
Jenna Bolognini as account coordinator. Jenna recently moved to the Triangle area from Atlanta, where she worked at a local advertising agency. She received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Georgia.
Elise Karsten as strategist. Elise recently graduated from the UNC-Chapel Hill, where she majored in advertising, and was an intern before joining the Clean Design team full time. She has a passion for bringing creativity and research together, to develop strategy for her clients.
LeeAnna Wiggs as receptionist and social media assistant. Leanna recently graduated from East Carolina University, where she majored in marketing.
